A LITTLE HELP
Teleconsultation
FAQs.
Clear answers, so you can get on with getting care.
Getting started
Open Consult now, choose browser or WhatsApp, and provide your pre-consult details. Use Singpass MyInfo where available, or choose manual registration. Check that the patient and contact information are correct before continuing.
Open registrationYes. Manual registration lets you enter the patient details yourself. Follow the email verification instructions shown in the form. Register the person who will be consulting; a caregiver can help with the process.
The browser option uses an online waiting room and video consultation. The WhatsApp option coordinates the consultation through the clinic’s WhatsApp workflow. Choose the route that works for you and follow the instructions after registration.
The usual live-queue hours are weekdays, 9am–1pm Singapore time, excluding public holidays. The queue page shows current availability. If it is closed, contact the care team for help with your options; an enquiry does not reserve a place in the queue.
Your consultation
Keep identification, medicine details and a short note about your symptoms nearby. Choose a private place where you can hear and be seen clearly. For a browser call, allow camera and microphone access when prompted.
Prepare for a better conversationNo. DigitalHealth’s usual estimate is 0–15 minutes, but demand and the length of earlier consultations can change it. Keep your device available and ask the care team for a current estimate if you need one.
Clinical services are provided by Digital Health Pte Ltd, trading as DigitalHealth.sg, under MOH licence R/23M1175/MDS/001/232. Consultations are conducted by SMC-registered GPs.
View clinic licence detailsFollow the recommended care route. Video assessment has limitations, and a physical examination or test may be needed. Ask how soon to attend and what to do if your condition changes while waiting.
Choosing the right care settingCheck your internet connection and device permissions, then try your existing consultation link again. If you cannot reconnect, contact the care team. Tell them that you already registered so they can help you resume the appropriate workflow.
Fees & payment
It covers the GP video consultation. Medication and delivery are additional charges when arranged. A DigiMC is provided at no extra charge if the doctor decides it is medically appropriate; paying the consultation fee does not guarantee an MC.
No. The S$10 nett consultation fee for CHAS Blue cardholders is a clinic-funded S$5 reduction. Show your card as requested. It is not a government CHAS subsidy or CHAS claim.
A payment link is generated after the consultation. Available arrangements include PayNow, card, bank transfer or eligible corporate billing. Check the itemised consultation, medication and delivery amounts, and ask the care team if anything needs explaining.
Do not assume these will cover this visit. Acute teleconsultations are generally paid privately. Eligibility for chronic-care programmes and insurance reimbursement depends on the programme, your care history and your policy. Confirm with the clinic and your insurer before relying on reimbursement.
Clinic guide to MediSave and CHASMCs, medication & follow-up
Tell the doctor if you need an assessment of fitness for work or school. The doctor decides whether an MC is appropriate and what period it covers. Neither an MC nor a particular number of days can be promised before assessment.
The care team coordinates DigiMC, receipts and medication delivery via WhatsApp. Delivery starts from S$8, with an express option costing an additional S$5. Confirm availability, address and the expected delivery window with the team.
Organise your next stepsContact the care team through the usual WhatsApp channel and explain whether your question concerns instructions, documents, payment or delivery. A change in symptoms may require another medical assessment. Administrative support is not emergency care.
