Who provides the medical care?
Teleconsult.sg is a website for accessing GP video consultations provided by DigitalHealth.sg. Clinical services are delivered byDigital Health Pte Ltd (UEN 202237853W), under MOH licence R/23M1175/MDS/004/252, with SMC-registered doctors.
The clinic’s founding doctor is Dr Jordan Lim, whose qualifications include BMed MD (UNSW, Australia) and GDFM (NUS, Singapore). You can read his clinical background on the clinic’s website. The doctor available for your consultation depends on the clinic’s queue.
What can I do on this website?
Check the live queue, choose browser or WhatsApp video, and complete your patient details. The browser option works without installing the clinic app. Existing patients can use their identity number; new patients can register manually or use Singpass MyInfo where available.
Usual hours are weekdays, 9am–1pm Singapore time, excluding public holidays. The consultation is S$15 nett, or S$10 nett for CHAS Blue cardholders under the clinic-funded reduction. Medication and delivery are separate. Check current availability before joining.
Your GP decides whether video assessment is suitable and whether medicines, an MC or an in-person review are appropriate. An enquiry to the care team does not reserve a queue position.

Our published blog articles and symptom guides have been reviewed by Dr Jordan Lim. Each reviewed guide identifies the reviewer and the date the review was confirmed. These guides provide general information and do not replace an individual consultation.
