Our fees
All amounts shown in Singapore dollars.
- GP video consultation: S$15 nett. Standard consultation fee.
- CHAS Blue consultation: S$10 nett. Show your card during the consultation. Clinic-funded reduction; not a government CHAS subsidy or claim.
- Medication: Charged separately. Depends on what is prescribed and supplied.
- Standard same-day delivery: S$8. Confirm availability and timing with the care team.
- Express delivery: S$13. Within 3 hours; confirm availability with the care team.
- Next-working-day delivery: S$5. A different timing option from same-day delivery.
- Refill without consultation: S$5. Subject to the doctor’s approval; medication and delivery are separate.
- Digital MC: No extra issuance charge. Issued through mc.gov.sg only when medically appropriate after assessment.
- Basic memo or referral letter: S$10. If requested and clinically appropriate.

If you experience any of these warning signs, seek urgent in-person care.
- Chest pain or palpitations
- Shortness of breath
- Severe or persistent abdominal pain
- Blood in urine
- Black stools / melaena
- Bleeding in vomit, cough, or wounds
- Numbness or weakness in limbs or face
- Pregnancy-related complications
- Visual disturbances
- High fever lasting over 3 days
Patients under 16 years old must have a parent or guardian present or provide consent before the teleconsultation.
